This really is your best option for food on the Pike, which is interesting, because it also has the shortest lines. I rank it "best" because they actually have options for full meals that are fewer than 500 calories. For people who drive up and down the Pike frequently, that's important. And it's yummy. This isn't healthy food that tastes like cardboard.
I always get the chicken burrito with guacamole, black beans, and cheese (low carb tortillas make this option even healthier, but I haven't tried them yet). It's delicious, although the guacamole is a little bland (the chicken is not, so it all works out). Other (relatively) healthy options are turkey or tuna sandwiches. And they have salads. That's very nice. My only real complaint is that it doesn't make sense to charge $2.25 for a bottle of water when there's a gas station 10 feet away (you don't even have to go outside - it's all connected), and that the burritos are not as easy to eat while driving as I would anticipate. Someone did tell me, though, that if you ask, they'll do a "neater" option, so it may be worth a shot next time.
Overall, I try to time my gas/food/restroom stops whenever possible to put me at one of the stops with a Fresh City, and I've never been disappointed. -

Not a real fresh city, not only did they steal the name, their menu is identical to Natick fresh city. Food was awful... shrimp was uncooked, rice was hard and dry, worst dining experience ever.

Why can't I give this half a star? It didn't make me sick but it was the worse rice bowl I have ever had. They should be ashamed of themselves. The steak wasn't rubber and the BBQ sauce was over the top and gross. It was Korean and it didn't taste like Korean. What are they thinking? I went to the one in Newton years ago and it was good not great but this place is horrible. I won't go back and see if they were having a bad day. They have a bad product.

The food is great here but I'm really upset at the way they handled my online order. On Tuesday, I used the app Foodler which allows you to pay via a credit or debit card and pick it up. When I went to pick up my salad, the cashier(a male who seemed like a supervisor) assured me that on the app though I put my debit card in, something is wrong with it so people have to pay in person. So I did, I paid cash. Low and behold when I check my recent purchases, there is a charge for that very salad I was assured that it didn't go through. I have now paid over $11 for ONE HALF SIZE CAESAR SALAD. It would be really great if the employees were knowledgeable in their multiple online ordering process. Or maybe just stick to ONE instead of using multiple apps. Now I am out of luck in getting my money back since I don't even have a receipt.

Option "A" at the plaza, followed by the the Boston Market. As another Yelper mentioned, lines are usually very short compared to MCDs, BM and that sketchy chicken and pizza place next to it. Nice fairly healthy options and smoothies. I frequent for the chicken caesar wrap, it's so frig-gin delicious.
